Penetrating Sealers by Fabrikem

The Fabrishield line of sealers are a clear, penetrating and water repelling product that provide an invisible protection for above grade concrete, brick, stucco, and concrete block surfaces. Vertical surfaces remain dry and water repellent which in turn helps to resist stain damage, algae growth, freeze thaw spalling, efflorescence, and alkali rundown.
A good sealer not only repels water but also penetrates deeply into wood and concrete to seal against water damage and seepage. A blend of silanes and siloxanes which are two chemicals incorporated into the Fabrishield products; partially block the capillaries in brick, concrete, and mortar. These partially blocked spaces actually repel water instead of allowing it to enter the masonry. Sealing is also highly resistant to cracking and peeling and will seal wood and concrete for many years. All sealers are biodegradable, nearly odourless, non-flammable, and contain no dangerous pesticides.
Clear Penetrating Sealers

Sealers help preserve wood surfaces from mildew and moss formation, help prevent concrete efflorescence and also helps prevent rust from penetrating metal by preventing air from reaching the surface.
